Navarre, Florida
Shark fishing off Navarre Beach — a quieter stretch of the Gulf Coast east of Pensacola.
Land based shark fishing in Navarre gives you a slower, quieter stretch of Gulf Coast surf. Navarre Beach sits east of Pensacola Beach, and it carries a reputation as a calmer, family-oriented barrier island — long sandbars, gentle access, and fewer crowds than the beaches to the west.
Those long sandbars are exactly what make the surf here productive. Bait gathers in the sloughs between the bars, and sharks, redfish, and pompano follow it into casting range. Capt. Arinton picks the access based on tide and wind, rigs the rods, and coaches you through the bite and the fight — all from the sand, no boat required.
Navarre is a strong pick for families and first-timers. The beach is flat and easy to walk, the access is simple, and because we fish from shore there is no motion and no boarding logistics. Kids and non-fishing friends can stay comfortable on the beach a few steps from the rods. All gear is provided — rods, reels, circle hooks, and bait — and no experience is needed.
We target sharks, redfish, and pompano depending on the season and what is in the wash. Capt. Arinton handles rigging and casting; you fight the fish. Every trip follows current FWC shore-based shark fishing rules: circle hooks only, no dragging sharks onto the beach, and catch-and-release. We are licensed and permitted.
Navarre is one of the easiest, most relaxed beaches we fish on the Gulf Coast. Call or text (850) 530-3971 to book land based shark fishing in Navarre — Capt. Arinton will confirm your date and choose the access with the best shot at a fish.
